The Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 Has Been Redesigned For 2020
The GLC has always been one of the most popular models that Mercedes-Benz produces, so when they went to update it for 2020, it was important to keep the things that everyone loved. That’s why the majority of the changes are fairly subtle. On the exterior, new headlights and taillights add some extra style while also adding extra visibility and safety. The diamond grill is another new accent that we absolutely love.
But while the exterior changes are relatively minor, the interior of the GLC gets a whole host of upgrades. The majority of those are tied into MBUX, which stands for Mercedes-Benz User Experience. MBUX is a voice-control system that allows you to to ask your car to adjust your thermostat, or give you directions to your favorite restaurant, and more. It learns over the course of your ownership, and improves all the time. This system is tied into an all-new touch pad in the center console, and the main screen is also a touchscreen for the first time ever.
The steering wheel is all-new as well, and also features touch-pad controls, which allow you to customize your display, whether you have the regular analog instrument cluster, or the optional digital display that replaces your entire gauge cluster with one giant screen. That digital display can be customized to display any combination of information you desire.
The updated 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC takes the car you’ve always loved, and packs even more technology and convenience into it. Come down and see it for yourself.
